The climate of Dnipropetrovsk is a mixture of temperate and continental climates; in summers climate is warm (average day temperature in July is +23-28 C), and in the winters, it is cold and snowy (average day temperature in January is -3 -6 C). Long periods of rain are normal in autumn. It is said that the best time for visiting Dnipropetrovsk is during mid April and May, and during September and October.
