Climate in Sevastopol is close to the subtropical climate of the Southern coast of Crimea: comparatively mild, sea, and moderate-continental in foothills. The coldest months are January and February (+1.0 ºC), the warmest is July (+23.2 ºC). Winter is mild and wet. Spring (early April - mid May) is sunny and warm. Summer is very hot. Autumn on the coast is very mild, this season is very rainy.
